Personalised Campaigns.

What is it?
Launched earlier this year, Personalised Campaigns was built to deliver true 1:1 personalisation at scale. Powered by Jacquard’s Personalisation Engine, Contextual1, users can integrate product, user, and contextual data to generate and allocate hyper-relevant messages for every customer.

What’s new?
Our Personalised Campaigns solution now includes in-platform reporting. Track the number of personalised messages served to your audience and measure key performance metrics. Analyse how your messaging adapts based on different data dimensions, such as product catalogue data and customer profiles, and compare performance between personalised and non-personalised message variants to see the impact personalisation has on your brands ability to engage 

Why does it matter?
Research from McKinsey shows that at least 71% of consumers expect personalised experiences. But traditional personalisation methods often fall short due to their reliance on broad segmentation and error-prone merge tags.
