Careers at Jacquard.

We’re driven by innovation and growth opportunities. Both in our work and our support for every employee.

That’s because we can only get where we want to go as a company when our people have what they need to succeed as individuals.

Join our mission to help brands resonate everywhere. And help us shape the future of brand messaging.

Culture

An empowering culture.

Integrity. Excellence. Agility. Mindfulness. These values live at the heart of our culture. And this is what they mean to us.

Integrity. We believe in taking responsibility, doing things properly, and fostering an egoless culture — free from finger pointing.

This means being open and transparent, everyone taking ownership, and following sound ethical practices.

Excellence. We strive for the highest standards in everything we do. Large or small, simple or complex. Quality is everything.

This means setting clear expectations, pushing boundaries, and building a culture of continuous learning.

Agility. We respond swiftly to new thinking and industry shifts to stay ahead of the curve and anticipate customer needs.

This means being open to change, embracing experimentation, and empowering others to get the job done.

Mindfulness. We cultivate a culture of care for our team members and clients, while also considering the impact we have on the environment.

This means taking time to respectfully understand different perspectives, being conscious of our actions and how they affect others.
