London – 12 November 2024: Jacquard, the enterprise tooling for brand messaging that resonates everywhere, has released its new industry-focused podcast, ‘The Array’. The podcast explores the rapid evolution of AI and MarTech, what the changes mean for enterprise marketers, and the new, more personal connections being created between brands and customers.

Actionable insights.

MarTech companies are making big promises about new AI products and AI bolt-ons. ‘The Array’ aims to cut through the hype and provide tangible value to enterprise marketers. How? By inviting true AI and MarTech thought leaders to share diverse perspectives and practical, impactful insights focused on increasing customer lifetime value.

In season one, hosts Toby Coulthard, Chief Product Officer of Jacquard, and Jasper Pye, Chief Technology Officer of Jacquard, will be joined by:

  • Scott Zalaznik, Digital Advisor & ex-CDO of adidas
  • Jay Pattisall, VP & Principal Analyst at Forrester
  • Daniel Head, CEO of Jacquard
  • Lucy Colback, Tech Writer for The Financial Times

Scott Zalaznik will get the conversation started on ‘The Array’, examining implicit versus explicit personalisation, how to generate tailored content at scale, choosing the right success metrics, and what good personalisation looks like.

A second season of ‘The Array’ is already in production – with a stellar lineup of guests on hand to answer more probing questions and bring greater strategic clarity to the AI and MarTech conversation.

Snackable content.

The podcast series will feature four full-length episodes (approx. 30-40 minutes) alongside shorter, snackable edits (5-10 minutes) for those looking to get straight to key takeaways . New episodes will be added to Spotify and YouTube every Tuesday.

Co-host Toby Coulthard explains: “There is no single source of truth when it comes to what’s next for AI and MarTech. What there is, is deep intellectual thinking, profound innovation, and unparalleled creativity. ‘The Array’ has created an inviting space for fresh technology and marketing ideas and actionable insights that brands can use to build relationships with customers that deliver lifetime value.”

Lucy Colback, Journalist, Financial Times, comments: “‘The Array’ is a new and welcome voice in the discussion around AI, particularly in MarTech. It’s a vital topic across commerce given the speed of AI development and volume of potential applications – but it’s never worth sacrificing customer trust in the pursuit of technological progress. Most importantly, a business cannot maximise the value of AI without first understanding the problem they’re trying to solve. This is where ‘The Array’ comes in, providing businesses with actionable solutions to the complex challenges they face every day.”

Keep up with the conversation.

‘The Array’ is available now on Spotify and YouTube.
